Royal Geographical Society

I am proud to share that I have been elected a Fellow (FRGS) of the Royal Geographical Society in London – one of the world’s oldest and most elite institutions bringing together researchers and explorers. This fellowship is formally awarded to those with significant achievements in fieldwork, expeditions, and exploration, backed by a body of published work that contributes documented knowledge about our world.

Cycling Mata Atlântica

Working in collaboration with Canadian cyclist Alex Gautier, I completed a solo journey through mountainous terrain, following dirt roads and trails for nearly 500 km. The route took me from Manoel Vittorino through the wilderness of the sertão and across the Chapada Diamantina range to Lençóis.

The Algorithm of Good

My new volume of poetry, entitled Algorytm dobra (The Algorithm of Good), has been published. It asks why we are so reluctant to demand good algorithms — algorithms of good. It also addresses the relationship between religion and artificial intelligence. With an afterword by the thinker Tomasz Stawiszyński.
